Yeap... Im thinking of quitting SRO because of this damm botters. Even though i can 1-hit yeowas (im lvl39) with a nice spear 38+4 i cant kill them when bots are around, cus it seems that they have some sort of thing of "radar" that kill mobs before they even apper in the map.

Me thinks that the ratio of bots and legits are 9:1 respectively, meaning that 90% bots: 10% legits.

ANYWAYS.. Back to the reason of why i made this topic.

I heard so many nice things about 2Moons, Anyone thinks that the game would have as many bots in there as SRO??? Cus there is no reason for me to go there if they have the same amount of bots.

What company made 2Moons?.. I bet this company made several other games, Are these games in a crisis with bots?

Will there be item mall??

And also, when is 2Moons coming out??...

Anyway, i'm almost sure that there are gonna be botters on 2moons but i think that the gm's of 2moons are gonna do more to ban those botters...

The company of 2moons has a online dating site....but acclaim "does" make batteries...I think.

CB is gone.

Pre-OB soon.

OB after that.

Calm yer nipples. The OB client is different from the CB client anyways, the CB client is just a translated version of Dekaron. So there is no point in DLing the game now.

pre-Ob started days ago, that thing of the 100 mails... now we have to wait for OB.

Other Acclaim games do seem to have some problems... 9dragons for one, but that's a different game. Dance also I played for a couple hours to do a report on it for Dave Perry and came across a lot of level 1 people who suspiciously got 350+ perfects and 5-10 "good" and nothing below that, every single round. We'll have to see how 2moons turns out. Unfortunately I've already seen some people posting who are from HEO/Heroes_VN on Babel. It doesn't get any more bot than that.

The good news is that the OB client will be very different from the Dekaron client so it will probably take some time before anyone even comes out with a working bot for Acclaim to block/ban. There is a big "fair play" movement on the 2moons forum so I think there's hope.

Same here bro.. I just hit 41, been 0 gapping it and my equip sucks so I'm stuck at Yeowa's for another level and it's terrible. At peek I stay inside those little caves of theirs and wait for them to respawn, come out kill a few that are wandering around and just repeat. Bots don't like those spots cause they get stuck inside em so it's perfect.. but still a pain in the ass.

I think bots are everywhere cus nuBot is free... (correct me if im wrong).
so people use nuBot to goldbot (i guess).

Anyhow... what is CB, Pre-OB and OB????... so in 2moon there is item mall??

I sympathize with you on the yeowa and flower bots, it really is quite ridiculous and frustrating. Playing isn't even relaxing anymore cuz I gotta put up with being ksed all the frikin time. I don't get the kills either cuz they're all pure INT nukers. Not even with that nice sword u gave me =/

Anyways, sorry to see you go, man.

It was good having you in guild. Hope you change ur mind tho as OpheLia said.

P.S. If 2moons is good, let me know

Considering of course that JM doesn't miraculously "fix" SRO :roll:

Well put it this way. The CEO of the company and the man in charge of 2moons actually post on their official forums letting their future players know what is going on.

Do you ever see JM ever EVER doing that? At least you know if you report or say something they'll take notice. (Well, I feel more inclined to believe that over JM noticing something we say).

Bot situation...time will tell, fingers crossed as with the login/lag issues. But they really have to @#$% up big time to do as badly as JM

CB = closed beta, which is over.
OB = open beta, which hasn't started yet.

Pre-OB is general testing phase before OB; they let 100 people only into the servers to mess around for a bit to make sure there are no HUUUUGE bugs before they start OB. The 100 people are already chosen but the servers aren't up. They were briefly a while back, but I didn't even have time to get to level 2 before some of those HUUUUGE bugs were found, and since then the development team has been apparently rewriting some of the code. Moogie got all the way to level 6, I think, and a couple of the other pre-OB testers might have made it near level 10 but I spent my time talking to all the NPCs trying to find things that made the game crash, and looking for camera glitches in town.

Yes, in 2moons there will be an item mall. There are also in-game ads which you can turn off and on as you like. When you turn them on you get a nice exp boost. It's not as much as a gold ticket but it's more than the dist party bonus and that's all I will say about that. The ads are not so bad, they show up in the corner of the screen every now and then. Hopefully they will generate enough revenue for Acclaim so that they don't have to make the item mall expensive or game-breaking.

"Free"Pk'ing will help botting.
And with all the running you need to do (unless the bots can teleport) it won't be as botinfested as silkroad.

Most annoying thing in low levels are AFK leveling summoners, but they get pk'ed at higher level and clearing the spawns around the will help also.

If the adds are the same as in Tw Dekaron, they aren't bad.

1 more quick question: With the Free pk system that means you can kill anyone out there in the field training?? and if so you dont get murder status???

You can kill anyone in certain areas. The low level areas are safe zones, up until I think level 30? But who knows how that will be changed in open beta... You do get "murderer" points but they don't work quite the same as in SRO and as far as I know there's no death penalty or item dropping.

If you kill someone you become red and others can kill you, but that's all.
You never lose XP when you die.

Guards in the castles might attack you but I don't know how that works out.
And over pk'ing could leadto jailtime.

But OB will teach us.
