no....its actually like WoW, jumping, 100 lvls and trading. only difference
to WoW and GW2....is that GW2 will be free

Now anyway, tell me what has been improved? They have 20 levels,you might as well get a bot party, and I think I've heard player interaction is quite limited(which makes it suck even more). So in all do respect tell me what did they do too improve their game to match WoW?

either way once it comes out WoW will finaly have to do something, because
they will be in trouble as people will rather pay a one of payment (shop) for a
game with better graphics, gives the same experience (large free roaming
long MMO) and is free

20lvls...what are you talking about...and GW doesnt have bots...
but GW2, is going to have 100lvls plus everything that WoW has + more.
bigger and expansive worlds, party and guild free raoming quests.

Actually yes they do, those little bots that you can hire(heroes as might know of).But still, I doubt it will still match WoW, because as they make their game ,blizzard is already doing things to the game to stay on top.

tried gw and hated it i prefer wow this is coming from someone who has played both

besides there actually differnt games

gw is more skill based if your skills aint right you wont win simple as but wow is more party orinated and group activities skills dont matter as much as guild wars its the builds that matter most when making a party

the level cap will be raised as high as 100 - with suggestions there might not be a limit at all.

its not starting with 100. that will be added over a few+ years, wow is only at 70 right now i think the cap will be 100+ for wow, so many people play it. and BLizz makes too much money to stop making them.

Didn't they all say GW1 would beat WoW? I guess they're up to GW2 now that GW1 failed.

Let's not forget GW was developed by fired Blizzard employees halfway through the development of WoW. True Fact, look it up. Don't know how it will help the debate, but it sounds powerful.

But yeah Wow has 10 million people playingit for one reason, and one reason only, the whole aspect of interacting with tons of people! No one wants to play a "Massively Multiplayer Online RPG" Just to sit there and be alone. I Played GW, apart from the major city, the game is instanced, that means the world you play in is empty except for you and your small 5 man party, so if you want to see other players, go stand in the city, but the second you exit it's just you, an optional 4 other people, and a bunch of NPCs. In wow the explorable world is open and you can come into contact with other people

And now onto GW2, I read the description, sounds like they are just taking a bunch of successful things from OTHER mmorpgs and putting it in theirs, now heres the problem, they will be releasing this game in about 2009 using great things from the "successful" mmorpgs, but by 2009 games like WoW and COH/V will have expansion out as well... So basicly, GW2 will try to be a wow clone, but will still be behind the race.

Guild Wars does indeed have better graphics, but history has taught us that gameplay trumps graphics!

I used to play GWs 1 and loved it for a while after 2 months got bored bought faction 1 month and bored then bought Nightfall 2 more months and got bored..
The game is really pointless and i doubt they gonna change anything in GWs2.
GWs is a single player game with people around you!!!

Not really.. I played the open and closed beta of WOW and then also a while on my exboyfriends account. But I couldn't get used to it.

Also the amount of private messages I would get when I was running around was annoying me.

I changed to guildwars after that and there was a lot less of that. So now I'm waiting for GW 2

Also the free to play is awesome! that's a big plus for me ^^

Not sure if my link had me new sword on it 02-07. NOW it should have the kings defender w/ battlemaster.

NO my helmet doesnt work, but rumor has it, the next T4 helm for warrior class to drop is mineeeeeeeee
