2Moons problem, help please

So i made an account, but every time i want to download the client, it says i am a pending member?!
Yeah i tried to check my inbox and i got no mail...
So...anybody know this problem?

The word on the iStreet is in a week. But Acclaim said in mid summer, or something like that.

The are pushing it back due to server issues and major bugs.
I was playing taiwanese dekaron in the mean time, but either their servers are down or I'm banned.
I miss my lvl 21 mage.
