thats right, some may remember Soldier front, well the war game has been experiencing some major, and when I say some major, I mean MAJOR HACKER AND GLICHER PROBLEMS, well, a while ago, some hacker came up with a huge hack, this hack is capable of screwing some guys account soooo bad, that he has to make a new account because his reputation would be ruined.
Well, when the GMs saw this hack, it was used on them, so the GMs rep. was ruined because the hacker had actually made him die (believe it or not) 1000 times in one game, so when the GM saw that he had this happen to him, he closed the game (with help from the other GMs) and now has taken some major actions, the GMs are now working on a huge patch (will take weeks) that will close all wall glitches and will make all hacks unable to use, and all useable new hack will result in an auto shutdown of the hackers cpu.
As for the person who made the 1000 death, 1000kill hack, he may be taken to court (yes the GMs tracked him down and now know who he is) for violations of the terms of service.
All forms of "Cracking" against our website or any other unauthorized use of our network or systems shall not be tolerated and may constitute criminal convictions under relevant federal and state laws. NHN USA will prosecute those responsible for Service disruption to the fullest extent of the law.
this was from the company who made Soldier front
makes you wish this same thing could happen to SilkRoad huh =/

yea, i think its a good idea, a lot more people will start playing again. But, soldier front is working on a schedule right now until all things are fixed. They said that it would be running this week but running on a fixed schedule, so it will still be a while.

+1 for jail time. Not because of damage to other players but because of the damage to the people who make a living by running the game.

Retarded.
Put in jail for hacking in a free game, and its not even life threatening, its just a game for christ sake lol just ban that dude's ip.
Even CS or BF2 doesnt bring it to that level.

Yes, something there is definitely retarded. How unselfconscious of you to admit it.

Just ban IP? Ok he can just change it and keep hacking.. And plus he advertised the hack itself to many other members. hes caused enough Damage to the community and paying a fine is good deal

nope, you could contact your internet provider, and plus there are alot of anonymous web searchers too, keep in mind, he made the hack advertised it and used it, even though its a free game, its not a free game for the people who live by making this game.
If he didn't want to pay the consequence then maybe he should have read&listened to the terms of service.

It would be more fun if the cracker took the GM to court, because the GM tracked him illegally..
