Lol, nice topic. Well anyway:
Colombia
Well, the most clasic Colombian dish is called, Bandeja Paisa
Its a mix of; rice, egg, beans, sausage, arepa and pork. It's so yummy
Indonesia
N, well the most classic Indonesian dish is called, Nasi Goreng
Its a rice dish, mixed with vegetables, spices and either; fish, meat, chicken, prawns or a mixture of the lot. Its also very yummy, but complicated to make, and if you dont get the mixture right it can turn out not so good. Normally served spicy, i really prefere it normal, without any spice

Upstate NY, USA:
The Garbage Plate: Often imitated, never duplicated.
A Garbage Plate is a disorganized combination of one selection out of (cheeseburger, hamburger, steak, hotdogs, white hots, italian sausage, breakfast sausage, fish, fried ham, Grilled Cheese, or eggs), which are placed on top of a choice of two out of four sides (homefries, french fries, baked beans, or macaroni salad). On top of that you get the options of mustard and onions and the signature ingredient: Nick's "hot sauce" - a greasy spiced sauce containing ground meat. The garbage plate also comes with a side of starchy white Italian-style bread and butter. Most patrons typically smother this in ketchup, mustard or a hot sauce, particularly Frank's Red Hot.
