where's gyarados?
*sigh* If I must choose...then it would be blastoise since blastoise could tidalwave charizard and take its' flame out. And blastoise could just hydro pump optimus and rust him down.

obviously Blastoise. First of all water pokemon have an advantage over fire pokemon, so that would mean the blastoise would win. Second of all, i havent seen transformers go in water (except for Depthcharge in beast wars) so that would mean that Optimus is not water proof. So therefore, all Blastoise has to do is hydropump or surf them both and its over. But most likely Amuro-in the original Gundam- would step in and and pull a newtype on all there asses. Dude can see the future so therefore, he wins.

1, in transformers the movie u see Hotrod and Cop under water.
2, in tranformers energon when there looking for the atlantis seal they are swiming underwater. (using human style swimming movements)
