Rappelz players?

Was wondering if anyone hear plays Rappelz? IF so what do you think about it?

i downed it, installed, downed all the updates, played really like 1 minute, deinstalled the game.
ok i've played a lot of mmorpgs, but i never, ever played a game where u needed to kill innocent birds xD

I wanted to play it, and it seemed pretty nice. Especially the comprehensive pet system. However, I couldn't launch it from my computer, something about directx 9.0c, which I obviously had...

I like it really, its ok. Played for a few hours this morning, i saw someone witht he name StealMySoda but havn't checked to see if its the one from these forums.

If you don't buy from the item mall and resell in game you will be poor for-frickin-ever. You will NOT be able to afford a so-called "common" pet and they are HUGELY rare. I was in a guild of 50+ people on Rappelz and only three (?) had a "common" pet. The rest of us are stuck with basic pets, which are crap crap crap -- you get a chicken, a panther or a turtle. The enemies are all repeated over and over again, all they do is attack and do damage, and it's a bad grind. All the quests are kill X of Y. And worst of all Gpotato is incredibly money-grubbing, they had to rollback all servers a while ago and gave everyone $5 of item mall money for compensation, and then TRIPLED the prices on the cheapest and most popular items. An item mall set for level 50+ will cost you almost FIFTY Farking DOLLARS.
I do not recommend Rappelz at all.

THIS GAME IS AWESOME! it's actually better then sro IMO since there's more to do than grind...grind....and grind sem more.

and what do you do on SR again? You dont have to grind that often though because of all the quests

The quests ARE grinds. They are all kill X of Y monster. And they make you run all over to find them with practically no storyline and boring rewards (oh thanks an NPC item, oh thanks a potion, oh thanks more chips).
At least SRO doesn't have that retarded whole-game-stutter-lag, and it actually looks good instead of generic.
You'll be singing a different tune when you realize all you're ever going to fight are different color chickens and zombies and faeries and turtles for the rest of the game.

lol thats what SRs quests are, i would ratehr have kill X of these than to gather Y of those from drops, and doesnt stutter for me. Your first paragraph your actually describing SR too
