Video Capturing Software

Anyone can help me find a Video Capturing software that can be used while I'm working with PS(photoshop). I tried Fraps but it only works with games.

i had a program specialy made to make tuts for photoshop...that one that makes automaticly those balloons with "now press ok" and that sort things...
that program is really expensive i heard, like $300,-...i got it free cracked but forgot the name of it...
