Warsaw is the capital of Poland an eastern european country
and USSR = Union of Soviet Socialist Republics long name for Soviet Union = modern Russia and because after world war two the USSR claimed Poland as their own territory for many years until the break up of the Soviet Union many Poles would be extremely offended of anyone suggesting their country being under Russian rule.
Currently Poland does not belong to the Russian state., and he is claiming to be from Warsaw of the USSR. So most Poles may find this offensive.

Its like saying to the forum

You are forgetting Israel, possibly Iran, UK. I cant believe some people dont know anything about the Soviet Union (now 15 republics) AND THE THING IS POLAND WASN'T EVEN APART OF THE SOVIET UNION =o SO HOW IS THIS GUY FROM THE (former) USSR =o

nuclear power and nuclear weapons. on and Iran hasnt even finished their
inrichment process and those countries i listed are the top 6 in the world
in terms of how many nukes they have...

Actualy its true that Israel has Nukes fom the US, its true that Russia has more nukes but as you know, Russia is actualy losing more nuke percentage then US is, I believe at this moment US has stopped destroying there nukes and is starting to distribute them all to Israel (Inside News weekly)

It doesn't really matter, I didn't say the US had more nukes than anyone else, just that they were at the top of the list. First or second, it's still the top. Satman never indicated his list was ordered. User is missing the point completely.
