I played it for a year, got to 102, and then came here. Maplestory is very limited; there's no reason to explore the world because you can just teleport everywhere with scrolls. Out of the 40 field maps in the first island, I don't even recall going to even 10 of them unless I was passing through (which takes 5 - 10 seconds at max). Training is literally pressing hotkeys over and over in the same exact place for hours. At its worst, you are stuck on one monster for 30+ levels (ex. Coolie Zombies from 55 - 85). Besides killing bosses, which is almost impossible if you don't have cooperation from other high levels, there's no motivation to level up. You are limited to around 5 - 7 skills per skill book and job advancement, and people always add them in the same exact order. There's no variety. And supposedly, if you add 3 points to STR instead of INT or something, you're apparently screwed over. In addition, there's the faming system, which was the worst idea ever. Once a day, you can raise/drop a fame level. People naturally assume that the higher your fame is, the bigger the e-cock. You might be mass defamed for no reason and all you can do is sit there and wallow in frustration as. KSing is made very easy because it takes somewhere between 2 - 3 hits to kill a monster. I might be making it sound like a super crappy game, but it actually isn't. I guess after you quit a game, you will find many, many flaws with it.

hahaha. my cousin plays this and she's like top 10 in the US, strongest wizard or something like that. she makes real money off the game too. she sold this super rare item for like $1000 to this dude. and recently she told me she's made about $3/0,000..not sure if i believe that one. she's only 16 and spends it all on mangas...fat collection. crazy kid.
