I sell stuff on eBay a lot and chargeback has really become a problem these days. So is Western Union just like PayPal and will let a person chargeback for just about anything? Or do they actually prevent fraudulent chargebacks?

Western union is not safe but its good because you dont need to use CC or DC.

I 'believe' it is safer than paypal with regards to chargebacks.
