Quitted SRO after realising Ive been neglecting things.

Post by francomade »

Ive played for about 1 month and 2 weeks.
Had a lvl 16 character, farmed to 140k SP. Still 60k more to go..

1) Ive spent $271.50 on the dam SILK, buying those eye-catching 1k pots, mana and the 10k arrows every 2~4 days.

2) Ive wasted 3~4 hrs everyday playing SRO.

3) On weekends when im playing SRO, Ive always neglected my girfriend when she asks me out and I said that Im sick or busy which is bullshit.

4) Ive helped a few guild mates with purchasing silk 500k=50 silk.
Sounds like cheap huh? That was my first day playing SRO when I sold over 500 silk with that price. But sooner I increased to 3~3.5mil/50 silk. =/

5) I cant stand the bots/ dc's

6) I accomplished my mission into stopping this addiction towards SRO, LOL.. But seriously, I uninstalled SRO with pride.

7) I am graduating from college soon and preparing for army(national service)

8) Lastly, I need to move on with better life with my dearest girlfriend and my family.

Some of you all might think,
Oh this guy is an idiot, he can play not everyday.

The problem is, when I start a game, addiction comes in which is hard to get over it, lol

I'll still be in the forums, yeah im still new.. joined like last month.
Ok and I will finally tell you all that Im from Venice server. :P

Enjoy SRO and good luck!
Have fun!! :) :) :)

I only play because I know so many people / friends. Fun to talk to them for a lil while every day. :)

LMAO. I would probably let my guild mates get a share of my items, lol.
Gratz on beating the addiction. Now onto the next mmo!
No other mmos that would interest me. WoW sounds pleasing, but no..no... hell no..
I would like to take a break enjoying better life and the forums!

It may seem difficult, but you're only addicted cos you let yourself become addicted and stay addicted. If I can quit cigarettes and lose lots of weight, you can quit a game LMAO.
Peace.

What kinda selfish bitch would make you quit playing video games? That's asking you to quit your hobby. That's akin to you asking her to to quit riding horses if she likes riding horses.

OMGZ I HAD AN IDEAR. If you've got a girlfriend....don't play games quite as much as you did when you were single!

Wong if you'd quit a game cos she asked you to, you're taking your first step on the road toward gold-digging and being used. It's totally out of line for any girl to do that. :)
Peace.
