Hero online screen res

when i click play game, it says the screen resolution is incorrect, please choose a resolution that is currently supported

ive changed the res on my comp to all available res, and changed the res under graphic options to all and it still says that


anyone know why?

ps: im posting hee because no1 is on hero forums
Iris: 2x wiz
Iris: 1x 5:1 str glavie


(don't be fooled by my post count & join date, i've only started playing again after over 2 years, so I am a total noob once again)
