Is it right to make fun of people with ascents? Old Asian immigrants often have ascents because they moved to another country and forced to learn another language just so they can fit in.
So is Russel Peters saying that they should just stick to their original language and not fit into the society so they will not have an ascent? Does he speak multiple languages ascent free? Shouldn't you be more 'adult' to bare with people's imperfectioness? If you are trapped under a car, do you can whether your rescuer has an ascent?
That is just what I think of Russel Peters.
