ok guys this is really making me mad. i put this game a away for a while so today i felt like seeing whats new with it so i installed it ect. when i get to the log in i put what i though was my info and it says pw is wrong. so i click forgot pw and it takes me to a link Plaync.com or something like that. im so confused...i dont feel like buying a new game....i still have my serial code ect and i had 4 full charaters really good...what do i do!!!!

Passwords for GW are case sensitive. Was caps lock on?

I had the same thing with Plaync, I wanted to switch my e-mail address, but I forgot my Plaync login AND pass. So I follow their FAQ and it said I had to mail them about it. They'd take a look and it'd be all solved in a few days.

I wrote that mail about 2 months ago.

I suggest you just e-mail them, tell the whole thing, don't worry, you're not the first one with this problem.

They'll ask you to fill in some questions about your account to proof you legally bought the game and shit, I can't really remember.

If you can't find the form I'll look it up for you.

ok so i made an plaync accont so i typed in my pw ect then this happens

so i click add key and this happens

i dont get it ..

All I can suggest is, don't click on the store button. Just don't.
If you do, you gotta make a PlayNC account, and when you're having account problems, you're in deep shit.

Just try to contact them via support, they're the only one that can do something about it.
