On imageready when I'm trying to animate it, every frame i edit it does the same to every frame so its a bit pointless.
Any way i can change just 1 frame?
Any other tips for photoshop are much appreciated.
Thanks

Ummm... If I understand you right your trying to draw a new object right? and then that object appears on all the previous layers? So anyways, you can't really prevent the new layer from appearing on the previous ones.
Easiest and fastest way to edit it is:
1. Select the first frame
2. Hold shift
3. Select the last frame before the new layer was added, while still holding shift
4. Now hide the new layer and it should be gone from all the previous layers.
If this doesn't help try being a little more specific on what your trying to do and what is happening.
