So I'm tired of random people I've never heard of messaging me or trying to add me at random times saying stuff like

-hehe u play sro too????

-Wut lvl r u?

-Wut srvr u on?

-sup

-who r u

-wuts ur lvl and server???????

If you are from the forum and send me a message, or try to add me, say your forum name. If it isn't obvious that I know you such as people from Troy or other high post count srfers then why the hell would I add you and I'm not going to bother looking through people's profiles or the xfire thread to try to figure out who is adding me.
From now on any random person that messages me because they see me on their friends of friends online without introdcuting themselves, gets blocked, no questions asked.

On a related note, is there away to make it so you don't appear in people's friends of friends?

Yes, make a custom status, to be shown in friends of friends you cant have a title. like saying....

Stallowned-Silkroad
Will appear in friends of friends.

BUT

Stallowned-Grinding!-Silkroad
Won't :wink:

I get annoyed by it so much also. I had someone ask me if i was playing sro WHILE i was playing sro. One guy that asked me stuff like that i pretty much lied to and made up this story that i was lvl 80 and made em run around to places thinking i was actually gonna go help him. I got the chat log saved too if u wanna see it. Its pretty amazing how gullable people are.

Never had such person in my xfire list. The most annoying one was that guy who started a game and left it on the main menu so he could get cool hours and brag about it. >>

Second I would recognize the name, not like if dumbass1989(afaik that isn't anyone, I just made it up) pmed me asking for my server. I don't know any dumbass1989 and I really don't care.
