BLIZZCON 2018 - What to look forward to?

So, I'm by no means a Blizzard-fan-boi, but I did enjoy playing Overwatch for some time, and Warcraft 3 is, of course, old but gold

But I'll be joining a few friends for a weekend-long LAN party this weekend (first one in a very long time), where we'll be streaming the entire BLIZZCON while playing different games.

In any case, since I've not been following the news at all, is there anything in particular to look forward to at this year's BLIZZCON?
What do you hope will get announced?

I heard rumors of an Alarak DLC campaign for SC2, which would be absolutely awesome, but I sincerely doubt it will happen.

I think the rumor was already confirmed fake

Other than that, It'd be cool if Blizzard would announce a single player story mode for Overwatch. I've not really enjoyed the way the multiplayer has changed over time, so I've stopped playing, but a single player story would totally reinvigorate my interest in the franchise.

I was waiting for the OW news, and for whatever was coming from Diablo. But I wasn't expecting Diablo Immortal (mobile game). I joked about it half a year ago, but I never expected they actually would do it .....

There is so much hate for that announcement on the internet right now, yet it actually looks like a really competent mobile game D:
I understand it, cause mobile games will never really be 'exciting', but this is just purely a knee-jerk reaction.

Blizzard's only fuck-up is hyping it up hard beforehand. People were expecting a D4 or a D2 remaster along the lines of SC:R or the WC3:R, so getting a mobile game just wasn't even remotely close to the created expectations :/

They announced a diablo mobile game .... in front of a PC gaming audience. What were they expecting honestly? They saved this announcement for last, where the big announcements go. These people are the diehard fans of your company and your games. You don't go announcing a mobile game, to PC gamers who travelled and bought passes on purpose to be there.

To me, this is something you either announce alongside Diablo 4, or something you announce on a Gamescom, a PAX. Not at Blizzcon. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't have gotten this reaction if it wasn't at Blizzcon. To me, it also sounds like a joke, like plenty of others.

I agree, their main mistake was to announce it like they did, and with so much hype leading up to Blizzcon.

I am still looking forward to the game. Here's to hoping they'll monetize purely through cosmetics

That went well, it was great idea to announce it at the very end.

Even if it wont be complete con job like dungeon keeper it's still disappointing.
