She passed away earlier today after battling cancer for years. Figured this might be a good way to let those who were close to her back in the day know.

Sad news, I enjoyed playing with her and fly on that private server i forgot the name of.

RIP, never talked to her but cancer is never a good way to go.

This is awful news, damn! Night bloom was such a great person and I really enjoyed the times we talked, especially back on salvation! This is really sad news, and yet more reason to hold onto those awesome days at salvation in our memories. RIP nightbloom:(

Crazy, she was one of the originals, like me. 10 years ago. Never got along. But rest in peace. This game helped me through a difficult time in my life.

As someone that started SRO back during the beta, Nightbloom was synonymous with Silkroad for me. This hit me harder than I expected it to.

I remember during TheEMPIRE days, being a teenager, NB was a motherly figure, and a very passionate person. This being my first experience with an mmorpg, it was inspiring. I'm not a big gamer, but I always missed that sense of community/family that Night was able to engender. Can't say I ever really found anything like it after I left their guild/vent/ts.

I've come a long way in my life, yet as silly as it may seem, those experiences, and lessons learned are still with me today. I wasn't that close to her-eventually having a falling out, but she still managed to have a positive impact on my life.

Yet another reminder that we shouldn't take anything for granted...

I wish her family and friends the best.

Wow, the name nightbloom is one of the few i remember if someone by chance mentioned it. Crazy to see the person behind the name only to know they have passed. Time is a bitch.
