So lads, I have a bit of money to throw around, and I want to put it to work for me.
Anyone know or have any suggestions in terms of solid investments?

mutual funds for days
unless you live in an area where housing is still cheap you can always get a foreclosed home, fix it up some and sell it in a couple years.

If you have got a substantial amount of money, just go for the long-term plans! Don't bet your money on high and quick returns. Play it safe and invest in something like treasury bonds.

Also, a bank robbery could be fun.
Anyhow, guess I'll start with a Roth IRA plan. And work from there.

If Greece leaves the Euro you could always buy cheap stock in the ASE, hold it for 10 years and sell
