You looked better before lol. You got some muscle on you but body fat is far too high, something I recently came to realize I wanted to avoid.
Skinny lean first, then bulk. That's my new attack plan.

He's not on steroids, atm anyways. He would be way more vascular and certain muscle groups would be more pronounced. He just looks like he has been seriously strength training for a while, nice job on that.
