Meh I don't really support bulking unless you are just trying to get big to push 300 bench or something. Much rather stay fairly clean year round and mess with insulin levels for a clean bulk.
Just decided to start bodybuilding here as opposed to pure strength training, so there is a good chance you know more practical things than myself.

bulking just mean having a higher cals intake to gain mass you can either dirty bulk or clean bulk

Bulking 99.999999999% of the time means dirty bulking, getting fat for some questionable gains. People clean bulking don't really need to say they are bulking. They are just kicking ass.

lol wtf? bulking is when you make gains wich mean you'll get a little bit of fat at the same time most of the time. and then you start cutting wich will make you lose the fat and a bit of muscles.

lmao i gained like 50lbs in 1 year and i have no stretch marks
