Want unlimited vacation? Virgin’s Branson says yes!

Tired of only two weeks of vacation a year? Perhaps you should work for Virgin—where boss Richard Branson believes employees should be allowed to take off as much time as they want.
The self-made billionaire laid out Virgin's vacation policy on the company's website in a blog post on Wednesday entitled "Why we're letting Virgin staff take as much holiday as they want".
"Flexible working has revolutionized how, where and when we all do our jobs. So, if working nine to five no longer applies, then why should strict annual leave (vacation) policies?" Branson said in the post that was excerpted from his book "The Virgin Way".

The work life balance policy where I work is pretty awesome...I haven't gotten fully acclimated to the idea of working from home and coming in whenever I want....Some of my co-workers set their own hours with this policy... They work for just a few hours during the day and do what they want and make up their 8 hr day later on at night...As long as you fulfill your workload responsibilities our boss doesn't care what time of day you do it...

Can't wait to finish my course in 2 years then. Shit, I graduated in 8 years ;_;
