Is it very popular? I watched one of their videos, and it was actually better than I expected. The website seems to have some issues, though, or maybe that's just part of the "the website is down" joke.

The first vid has near 2 million views on YT, but it was posted 5 years ago. I'd say it's not really anywhere near as popular as it should be, though I can understand why. There's more Chip's out there than Web Dude's after all

Regardless, it's a true internet classic in my opinion. A lot of effort has gone into making it seem like the real deal.

I don't know why so much of the site is broken though. I guess it might be part of the joke, but credits in one of the newer vids mention a special thanks to people that bought goods while the shop is dead :/
