I need a new headset

My old Turtle Beach headset crapped out on me about a month ago so I need a new one.

It's going to be used 99% of the time for PS3/PS4 gaming. Suggestions?

I've been in love with my Astro's since I got them 4ish years ago. Different sets, they even have wireless. They are rather expensive though, I'm not sure what you are willing to spend on them.

Have had success with Tritton head sets. Turtle Beach, not so much.

I need new headset myself but I can't justify spending $150+ on a headset... My last one was $30 and it was great...

I love my razer blackshark. Using it with my pc, xbone, ps4, and 360 (with Triton cables). No issues at all.

I've always stuck with Turtle Beaches since the Call of Duty 4 days. They last a while, are comfy, and when they do go bad they're not too expensive to replace.

The only problem I had was loose cables it only effected left speaker but if I held it in the right way it would work, then one day the wire slipped I couldn't get either of them to work. This has made think about buying a wireless one...

Friend of mine has a wireless headset and his quality is great. Astro's got the A50's but I think they are near the 300$ range. I'm sure other brands have their own versions.

Friends headset is the logitech g930.
