Actually, you didn't get it. The guy on the phone said she can come in and see a picture of the guy(sperm donor).
So, she didn't have to get laid.

That was a bit hard to watch. I just find it hard to watch people leaving an embarrassing false impression of themselves. It was a great fool though.
