I wasn't there but and i just heard about it but ill try to keep it short.
-My parents left for the weekend and my sister was the only one home so she had a party of about 25 people.
-This girl started making out with some kid when she got there and was sober but as the night went on she became even more of a sloot.
-She took some kid upstairs and blew him then he left and another kid walked upstairs and they ......
-She woke up the next morning acting like everything was cool until she got home and told her mom what happened and said she was drugged and raped
-They called the cops and she got a detox test but the cops came to my house and took my futon because that's where they were.
is this kid ..... now and will get charged with rape?
also she wont reply to me i told her shes buying me a new futon. what can i say to make her buy me a new one

If enough people saw the situation as how you explained it then her story wont hold obviously...As for your futon forget about it or ask your sister to pay for it....

So how do you know she wasnt? All you said was another kid went upstairs, were you up there? How do you know what happened after the first one left? How would anyone?
On another note, i'd be pretty pissed if there was a party at my house and people just went in my room for any reason, let alone to do that.

It's not a question of ability. If someone does something on your futon and the police come and take it for evidence then

I guess I miss interpreted his explanation... I shouldn't have just skimmed through it...I got the impression she was taking dudes upstairs repeatedly which sorta showed consent...It's possible then what she's saying is true...

im not responsible for what she did or what happenned to her, but she's responsible for my futon missing, why do i have to deal with the repercussion of her acts?
and in no way i gave them consent to have sex on my godamn futon, i'm the one who've been abused for sure.

These rape cases are so ridiculous, assuming this was a highschool party you cant really prove what happened in that room if it was only them, it's not like the guy could take video cause thats CP and thats just as bad if not worse. So you have to solely base it off of what the 2 people say.
On topic, you need to tell either the suspect guy or the girl that they owe you a futon. I would be mad as hell.

Since sex tend to be a private matter it can be difficult to prove what happened... So yea it's ridiculous in that sense... I don't know what solutions exist to avoid such situations other than good judgement...But that doesn't seem to work well at parties...

I have seen girls pull the rape card after consensual sex because they were embarrassed/furious with what they just did and it makes me doubt these claims.
