Working out.

So, I have a semi demanding physical labor job, where I'll have to lift about 200lbs a few times a day.

Question is, with that in mind, would it be best if I worked out in the morning or at night?

The best time to work out is whatever is more convenient/comfortable for you to keep doing it.

Morning is always easier I find. There is less to distract you from working out.

Not worried about being tired for working out, more so worried about how working out may negatively impact my work performance.

But **** it, yolo

While being physically exhausted you definitely fall asleep easier.

It is not recommended that you work out before bed, because that shit is uncalled for.

Yeah, gonna try AM workouts first.

Which means I'll have to wake up at 5:30am. FUCK MY LIFE.

IMO, best workout time is after work/before supper. But it's also the most crowded time at the gyms...

I'd say in the afternoon right before lunch, but then again going back to work is a bitch. at night i feel too tired, at morning too sleepy/too tired to keep working the rest of the day.
