What's your job?
I know there's a topic already made a few months or years ago, but the search function seems to be broken for me, always returning with no results, plus I don't remember any of the jobs I've seen in that topic, other than twilliger being a lumberjack, because that's uber cool!
I'm starting my first permanent full time job this month, call center agent.

Depending on where you worked and how they worked you that could be a pretty nice step up.
I went from a banquet cook to working at Nissan building cars. Aside from the obvious pay increase the job is a bit harder, but overall less stressing since everything is very consistent.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do since I'm starting college soon for IT.
Nissan is 8 hours a day, school is 7 hours a day, it will be impossible to study.
If I were to stay at Nissan through school I could easily get moved to their IT department starting out around $20-$25/hr at an entry position doing nothing.

IT in uni doesn't interest me. If I need to get something IT related done, I will learn it myself on the internet.
I was thinking about mechanics, because I am kinda interested in modifying and building cars and stuff.
Otherwise I would like some art or music or that kind of stuff, but that isn't worth studying in uni I think, it won't make you any money and it's better to learn yourself.

If I were in your position, I'd cut back on my hours at college a bit so that you're still able to work/get promoted once done.

Re: What's your job?
I'd love to cut back on both, but Nissan and the school are full time or nothing. :/
I'm currently looking into other school options. I'm not going to waste my time and money on a 4 year course filled with bullshit classes.
An online class would be the most convenient but I consider it a risky investment since I have no idea what to expect from the teacher or the program.

Re: What's your job?
I work on construction sites, my job is to make sure the contractors respect the plans and do the job right. Presently on a work camp 800km away from my place. The best part is that we have high speed internet, yet electricity doesnt even get here, the camp runs on a huge fuel generator.
