Seriously, stupidest thing I've ever heard! It has passed judgments affecting multimillionaires, multinational banks and MPs but now Britain’s highest court has made clear that it does not have jurisdiction over God.
The Supreme Court ruled that a former Methodist minister could not sue the church for unfair dismissal because, rather than being an employee, she was viewed as a “steward in the household of God”. Re: Court rules that God is above the law
Your title is very misleading, or maybe you simply didn't understand the article. The court ruled that she is not an employee of the church, but rather a servant. Therefore she can not make use of the employment tribunal. This means that she is not entitled to any employment laws while she was practicing her duty as minister. It has nothing to do with ''God over law''. The woman is simply not entitled to the rights she thought she was, simply as that. If she was, no God could ever stop the law from doing what it does.
