How long have you been working out Veg?
I've been doing on and off over the years and I recently started to get on it again and holy shit, it's a fucking pain in the ass. I bought a P90X set (adjustable dumbbells and doorway pull-up bar) and found it quite hard to follow Tony Horton's routine. There's a NYSC gym near my workplace but that means I'll have to work-out before heading to work and I guess take my daily shower there lol...ah, getting in shape is a pain.
Props for sticking with your routine.

it's my friend's appartement ahah everytime we get there we take off our shirt and start posing in his mirror and stuff, he's on a main street with lot of people walking by his window he always get mad at us ahahah.
I'm 6'2 tall
I've been workingout for years, took a gym membership about 18 months ago, then went serious into it for the last 8 months or so checking diet and stuff, this is where i've seen the most of my progress.
working out my yourself is a good way to start, but yeah motivation can be a pain when you know the computer or the tv is 30 seconds away from you ahah, when I get into the gym I always stay for like 2 hours or so until all my routine is done its alot more easier to keep focus on what you have to do :p
@ harper, you're friend is pretty swole ahah, how old is he?
