Double checked this time, no one made a thread about this yet!
A pair of glasses that you can talk to, it records HD videos and photos, it's connected to the internet so you can send and recieve messages through it, and much more.
Now it's available for limited amount of people for $1500, which is not its price, it's not released yet. thoughts?
Edit: this is interesting aswell.

Been hearing about them for a long time. Thought there actually were a thread about it already - seems I was wrong.
I would probably never be able to use them properly as I'm not from the US and even though my English is great, voice-recognition software is still a bitch. I would love it for it's record and photo features, though!

Hellz yeah, I'd totally do porn videos with this. just making sure not to say "share" lol Also, wouldn't be dangerous if someone is driving while keep looking at the glass? and also, isn't hard to look through that very tiny size of glass? I mean yeah, its pretty close to your eyes but still. What about the people who use glasses? Would they still be able to look at it the same way? It looks retarded when you look someone looking at the corner of their glasses wondering whats up with them lol

Guess it will be possible to attach lenses to it, that even would make it more socially accepted than walking around with lens-less glasses.

I made a thread about this a long time ago when I first heard about it. I like the concept and think it's a powerful tool. But at the same time there's a lot of issues that would prevent me from buying it. First is safety. Walking around with a pair of google glassses on is screaming "here, steal my $1500 investment!". Hell, even tripping over and bumping them could cause a lot of damage. When something has such a hefty price tag I find it crazy to expose it to the elements like that. Is it water proof? Heat proof? What if it starts hailing? What if someone throws a rock and it hits the screen? Will it break? Will the lense scratch like glasses do? If it gets foggy is the screen be impended? What about rain? Are they secure enough to run in? Will they fall off if someone bumps into me?
I like the idea of having a constant internet connection. Mid conversation and need to remember an important fact? Look it up. Walking along, seeing a restaurant and want a quick review? You can do it without ever moving your hands. It sounds very convenient and surprisingly productive. Would I buy one though? I highly, highly doubt it.

Well, seriously... the screen will only be "mere millimeters away from your eyes" wouldn't that hurt your eyes?
