I'll start logging my workouts over here

Share yours guys !! Will add a pic every now and then

Today is a hypertrophy back/rear-delts/traps/biceps/abs training and ofc cardio since i'm currently cutting!
today's workout
Barbell Rows
Underhand Wide Grip Pulldown
Close Grip Cable Rows
Pullovers
DB Over Rear Flyes
Machine preacher Curls
Hammer Curls
Dumbbell Shrugs
Cardio session: MIIS = 500 calorie
Time to get jacked brahs

Ya I always use gym asscercosies to be extra safe! Was injured before its not a joke and won't wish for it again EVER!!

Why does every guy work out now? Just wondering because I never saw the appeal of it. Muscles aren't fashionable, man.

I would love to gym, how ever my farked up shoulder dont let me. It's enough that I lift a bag of groceries for it to be in pain 3 hours after. I dont wanna feel what 2 hours at the gym could do.

Friday work-outs? **** that
I've been working out with my friend for the last 2 weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (not the best match-up but that's all I can do with my farked Uni schedule). I'll update if there's any progress

About 2 odd years ago I was 5ft 10', 60kgs and wearing size 36 pants. Over the last 2 years I've lost enough weight that I now wear size 30 & 32 pants, I'm still the exact same height yet have progressed to 68 kilos. Lost about 5kgs of fat, gained 13kgs in muscle. Never been to a gym once in my entire life.
Manual labor jobs yo!

I walk and run around work all day. Occasionally have to subdue crazy big guys when they go berserk and shoot them up with Haldol. 8 hours, 5 days a week of that keeps me from getting all fat and shit. That and I jog for several minutes to and from work to get to the subway stations.

Since that age it was mostly bench pressing, didnt start body building til 18 and i dont necessarily go for the ripped look. Cant push my body now for quite a bit though so ill be taking easy til then.

Same for me. My week looks like this:
Day 1: 5 kilometer
Day 3: Interval training of 20 minutes. 1 minute sprint 100%, 1 minute walk, 1 minute 100% sprint, 1 minute walk and so on.
Day 5: 10 kilometer
This keeps me in shape, and I get to see some nature as well. Great, if you ask me!
I don't really care much for muscle-training, even though I do some push ups and stomach training. But only what I can do from home - on my floor

This is me. Do you think I'm shredded? I just have very strong legs (played volleyball for 8 years).

this was my other option, developped legs, this can increase the weight alot, you're not fat but you're not skinny, you probably cant see your abs.

i played ice hockey for 10 years but since i got anxiety ive not done anything... ive probably lost a lot of muscle because of it. i used to skate twice a week for 2 hours now i do nothing.
