Everything looks good. You might want to get the i5 3570k though, most people don't utilize the i7 to it's full potential. But if you know you're going to be using it, go ahead, it's a fantastic processor. The other thing you might want to look into is getting a WD hard drive, they have a good reputation. The WD Caviar Blue ones especially.

The last thing that I want to point out is the keyboard you picked. Are you sure you want to go with MX Red switches? Most people prefer Blue or Brown.

I would spend an extra maybe $10 to get the regular Corsair Vengeance ram with the heatsinks. They maybe low profile (dunno if you need the space) but it comes at the cost of high CAS latencies.
For 1.5V 8GB (2X4GB) you usually want to look for 9-9-9-XX CAS

Another option to lower the cost is swapping out your H80i for just an H80, but im not sure how much the cost difference will be, im going to guess at least $10 difference. The performance difference between H80(i) is minimal if it's anything like the H100(i). The main difference is that the i series comes with the ability to control a bunch of your fans and pump speed (correct me if im wrong) and it comes with better fans; the SP120 series fans I believe. Either way, performance-wise, it's minimal.

Looks like a nice setup.
I agree with Crowley however that the i5-3570k would probably be good enough (It can quite easily and safely be overclocked from 3,4 Ghz to 4,3 Ghz).

I often hear of people who want to go with a slightly higher wattage on their PSU with such a build, but in fairness i do not know if that's truly needed. I got a 750W for mine anyhow, which is a fairly similar setup.

Good luck with the build!
