My thoughts as well.... I think the movie would be much more appealing if there wasn't any "Giants" at all... aliens poping up from under the sea through some portal is a good premise...but they ruined it for me when they went all out with that godzilla vs Gundam crap...

It sounds like he's using his Jax voice in the movie. He actually sounds kind of goofy whenever he's speaking normally, maybe because I'm so used to seeing him on SoA
