FFS... The fuck is this? Apple is offically the shittiest company ever. That's just ridiculous. It won't take long until all geometric shapes are patented. Hell, even the wheel will be invented by Apple soon enough.

Actually no. As long as you can theoretically prove it would work(convince them on paper), you can patent it. The only time you actually have to prove it would be if they rejected your request to patent said invention.
At one point there were many perpetual motion machine patents, but I'm sure they've been done away with, seeing as it's been dubbed impossible.

Am I the only one who actually read the official patent? They patented the design of a electronic device, in this case a tablet. Not a rectangle with round corners. Not an apple. Not something absolutely stupid and unjust. They patented the physical design of their tablet. Not a big deal.

Damn, that's just too damn stupid. But don't care as I don't own an Xbox, nor do I like it that much and would probably buy a PS if I ever decide to do it.

Microsoft has been making poor decisions. Vista, 8, not fixing RRoD for the longest time, timed dlc, timed exclusives, ads on a pay to use service, and so on. Not all entirely Microsoft, but more or less I'm disappointed in the gaming division and I'm not even surprised by that.
Also Edge Games > Apple's round rectangles
