Does anyone have an idea how much videogames that will just be released will be cut in price? I am getting Halo 4 and BO2 but am thinking about waiting until black friday if their prices will be cut a good amount. anyone have any idea? past experiences? thank you

I typically avoid black friday shopping. Too much effort for not all that much reward. Unless I was going to buy something expensive, like a computer and/or TV.

But eh.

yeah ive never done it before but if itll save me some bucks why not, i just have no clue if theyll drop the prices for those games like 5-10 dollars or like 20-30. if its 5-10 ill just buy them now, otherwise i can wait.

don't remember the years before last but i think some games were going between 30-45 usd last year around black friday. don't remember how much mw3 got cut but gears 3 and battlefield 3 got cut a good amount.

i have a friend that works at bestbuy that might remember better, i'll ask him later

sometimes games go half off (not quite as cool nowadays)

but I remember back in 07 black friday I got the orange box for $25 and at the time TF2 alone was going for $30, I felt like a champ lol.

A military store had some games on sale in their newspaper. Nothing too great for video games. Then there's batman AC for $20 with a PS3 and Vita bundles for $200 with 2 games. Just google for the ads if any of them have been posted.

what's the average discount you guys get on black friday?

hoping to buy some new clothes & shoes on black friday, last year it was 50% off on some really nice brands (midnight shopping)
Hope new games drop to like 25$, would like to pick up AC3 or fifa 13 :p

Most games usually go for about 10-20$ off on sale after a month they've been released.
