In the last couple of days I was curious about what's coming next in the computer parts, so I made some research to feed my curiosity.

Microprocessors:

Current: Intel Ivy bridge(22nm)
Next:
Spoiler!

2013: Intel Haswell (March)
2015: Skylake (DDR4 - 14nm)

While AMD is one step behind.

Graphics Processing Unit:

Current: GTX 690 - Radeon HD 7970
Next: GTX 780(GK110 chip - HyperQ) - Radeon HD 8870
Spoiler!

Memory(RAM):

Current: DDR3
Next: DDR4 (next year)
Also, Memristor is an upcoming technology that will replace the DRAM, but it's still in the research phase.

Reading about storage devices has confused me a little bit, so idk where's the top or what's next, maybe someone can enlighten me.

Actually I'm using AMD cpu/gpu.
This might be proven wrong later, but for now AMD's next processor "Steamroller" which will be out by the next year will use 28nm transistors while Intel has already released Ivy bridge with 22nm transistors, and building a fab that will work on 14nm transistors to be released in 2015.
