The HTC I don't know that much about, but I've seen my friend's HTC also dramatically decrease in quality. I think I'm beginning to understand why people call Samsung and HTC cheap crap. I bought the S1 when it came out and now, 20 months later it's the most sh1tty phone you can imagine. I know people who still have the first iPhone and it runs much more smoothly then my crappy S1. I will never buy a Samsung mobile anymore.
From now on, it will be Nokia + W8 or Apple's overpriced sh1t. but I'd rather have that overpriced sh1t than that cheap samsung sh1t.

And it didn't only happen to me, but to my father's, brother's and all my friend's samsung/htc, though Samsung is the worst of all. And yup, even the S3 is guilty. I will never buy a samsung anymore.

yup, Apple fanboy. current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S. never bought any Apple product in my life. the only amusing thing though is you denying that Samsung/HTC products don't decrease in quality. That's total bullsh1t. maybe it would be true if you would use the phone onl for calling and texting people, but I didn't buy a mobile phone, I bought a smartphone.
It has turned into the most sh1tty phone I've ever had and I always update it, make sure to delete all the crap I don't use. same thing happened to my little brother's S2 and my friend's desire HD. after a year or so their speed drops dramatically and they freeze every half an hour or so. my phone even freezes if I get like 3 whatsapp messages at the same time.
Apple's products may be restricted and overprices, but they ALWAYS run smoothly. I can see it, since most of my classmates have iPhones. some of them have an 3 or 4 year old iPhone, but they still run like they're new.
so now go ahead and tell that your 2 year old Samsung is still running perfectly and that the quality is still the same as when you bought it new. but we both know you would be lying

I dont have anything against apple, I had iPhone 3, also HTC HD 2, HTC HD7, Galaxy S2, I didnt have any problems with any off them. I just choose S2 because of android, its best OS for me. iOS I didnt like at all, and windows phone is pretty much same, only faster, thats the only thing i liked about it.
But to say HTC and Samsung quality deacrease, is beyond stupid.

Apple is an innovator. Nobody respects the copycat (or shouldn't) even when the copycat improve (or try to) upon the original.. When you rush to market a product just to keep up with the innovator you tend to put out an inferior product because you're playing catch up...I can't respect samsung because they're not an innovator in this arena..
