mom asked me this morning if i was on roids lmao, I've gained something like 10-15 pounds in a month, almost no fat still got my abs, well 8pack turned into a 6pack tho.

mom is going nut, she said i was distorting myself or some shit and i would hurt myself or my health.

Learned how to eat correctly, changed my workout routine from strenght training to hypertrophie and started to work on my legs alot more, I'm exploding, I need to get some new clothes causethey dont fit anymore.

So like 3 weeks ago I decided my diet sucked and I was gonna do a uturn and start a keto based diet for working out. Lost 12~ pounds body fat in the first week and my mom thought I was crazy. She asked all her friends (who know nothing) and they all said similar things. I'm now phasing back into eating carbs but I always thought the reactions people give to diets are hilarious especially when they don't know what they're talking about.

Just the other day I was hitting the gym with my brother and we were doing some 900 lbs squats and this phaggot skinny octo came at us mad as fuark telling us he thought we were on roids. Immediately we took our tops off and started flexing and the aesthetics perfection just mired this octo into submission like the true beta **** he is (me n my bro r srsly alpha as fuak) but then we got banned from the gym man.
idk really wierd im natty.. must be them quinoa beans u posted about earlier. got some mad gains, but im farting cracy farts over here man LOL wta about you??

You should have seen this hipster punk skater or whatever this hippie call himself at the gym the other day, looking at me like he was the shit. Punk had those bandana folded on his head like he's in some kind of banjo band or something, guy was probably in PETA and eating sunflower seed and soy shit.

Kid never saw a guy like me who only fuel on meat, he was bench pressing with his 250 pounds toys, finish his set, get up looking all proud and shit, look at me say h'es done and I can use it. Im like K, pick it with a hand and start doing some shoulder raise as lay my second hand on him to balance myself, guy is almost crying cause his collar bone is about to explode.

So i drop the barbell on the bench and tell him to add 100 pounds, that im done heating up, damn clown isnt talking anymore, looking afraid as ****, he knew that even if he keep drinking his chicken's dusted bone broteins shake he wouldnt get to 1/10 of what I am.
