How much do you guys pay for like 60 MB/s? Would that be more then $50 a month?

Also you guys are practically being fcked by: ''lobbyists in Washington that are looking out for the business rather than the customer.''

I really can't understand why lobbyists have so much power in the U.S.

It's better than Canadian internet. Our ISPs have slow speeds, low bandwidth caps and high prices.

We get 12Mbps (96MBps) for around that much maybe a little more.

I'm on Comcast 30/5, we're getting a 2x speed increase eventually, so ~60/10.

Compared to many parts of Europe we do pay quite a lot for our speeds.

Lucky, in Malaysia I'm on 5Mb upload and download for RM150. Divide that by 3.2 so it's around 50 USD.

Blame the jews. Seriously ever since everybody is getting into the craze of cloud and streaming what happened? Internet prices suddenly went up. What else? Bandwidth caps.

ATT when U-Verse was first introduced when I was back at home around 2008 if I recall $30 = 1.5mb down and let's ignore upload. Never had a good up speed. Was always around 1/10th of download. I guess in my area a lot of people uploaded so they limited that? Over the years they attempted, key word here, to put a cap on it and +$10. They can't measure what internet usage is TV or telephone through the same wire on u-verse apparently so caps never happened. Not sure about their DSL service.

A single dollar makes them millions more. Ten dollars? brb getting in my plane

By the way, even for rich dudes that can afford 200$ per month, they get 120Mpbs Download and 40Mpbs UL and 200GB download limit...........................

But listen guys, I'd rather have 3Mbps and 2.25Mbps per second of internet and have unlimited download limit.

No one here knows what its like to have a download limit I suppose... It is horrible to check every day how much my download is at... I can't keep utorrent open, otherwise if I forget it one day or night, im screwed for the rest of the month. I download, then close it. No seeding..... This sucks bad.

We have 50Mb/s DL and 10Mb/s UL also TV with 70 channels and some radio stations. The whole thing is about 28 euros, which is about 37 dollars.

The customer is once again screwed over by big business!

I have a feeling that it isn't all the great, but what I use my Internet for, it does the job. I also have unlimited download as well.

20mbit download, cable television and a phone connection for 50eu a month I think. No download limits, my ISP even went to court to fight the decision to ban thepiratebay.

The average wage (per month) is something around $450. So we're technically paying 4,5%.

Even though you're paying much more for internet, I don't think it's that much of your monthly income.
