got copsed last night

took a flower from a flower pot in front of a hotel, cops started to yell at me, so I ask him if im allowed to leave, she say no, so i ask if im under arrest, she say yes.
fine, I let her pass me the handcuff as im laughing, then I ask her ''so we're going to the police station?''
''no''
''ahahah brah you can't put me under arrest without taking me to the police station and filling a report''
''ashfdafdgasfdasd are you a lawyer or something smartass?''
''nope but we both know I'm right''
she got me in the car gave me a ticket for being drunk on the street and left me at the corner, then I said that i was sorry about the waste of time , the male cops gave me a brofist.
probably wont have to pay that ticket but even if I do this would still worth it, you should have seen the look on the face of all those peoples.

When SRF comes out with another yearly awards I hope they add "Douche of the year" to the list of titles.... I find you interesting and have now come to accept that...

"Under arrest" can also mean "detaining" you while they go about their procedures.
When I got pulled over with a pipe on me, the cop said I was under arrest and they were detaining me until they could thoroughly search my vehicle. So I sat in the back of a police cruiser in cuffs while four cop cars proceeded to do so.
It's really just a phrase and you aren't under arrest until they start reading you your rights.

No you can still say no to the search, the only thing they can "search" is if it is in plain sight. It is your right to say no to unwarranted searches.
