I was looking for a main thread to necro but got disappointed we don't have one.
What do you guys think of this mid-season's "finale"? Please keep things in spoiler tags just in case.
If you're confused and have no idea what I'm talking about, do yourself a favor and watch Breaking Bad.

I've wanted Skylar to die since season 1. Annoying bitch. After the last ep, I want to see Walt go as well.

Yeah.. the chemistry of methamphetamine.
I agree, Sn4ke. She needs to go, she's just so... ugh..
Hmm.. I was kind of let down, then brought back up when Hank put 2 and 2 together at the end. I'm ready for the rest.. hopefully Skylar will be blown to oblivion or something soon.

Spoiler!
Super sad that Mike died, I liked his character a lot. Predictable end of mini-season, but still made in an original, interesting way.

Even if he did "put two and two together" what's he gonna do now? Is he just going to get off the dumper and go interrogate Walt? Does he even have an thread of evidence to even start an investigation on Walt? Oh, and remember the beginning episode of the season, when Walt had hair and bought the machine gun from that sketchy guy in the diner, I wonder if that is because he actually tried to stop cooking/selling meth because one does not simply get out of the drug business.

Before I say anything I love BrBa. I went introduced to it from my forensic science teacher when season 3 was airing in the summer. Following it since.
I honestly feel like Vince and his writers are getting way ahead of themself with BrBa. It could have ended with season 4 and been done with it. It had a wonderful ending even when there were a lot of unanswered questions. Open ended if you will. Season 5? Nothing but Sherlock Holmes on the case. Then again it is only the first half of season 5. Can I really judge it so far? Tough to say. It's really good, but it's also meh at the same time.

Breaking Bad is good and all, but I feel like all of the characters are unlikable as shit. The way Walt treats his wife is just farked up. I don't know why, but it really annoys me that everyone in this show is such a dick (Walt) or annoying person (Skylar). If I had to compare the feeling I'd compare it with how most of us feel about King Joffrey in Game of Thrones. You just can't wait for him to die because he's so annoying.

Breaking bad everyday basically. So it explains why Walt is turning 'evil' in a sense. Though the fact that you have emotions for these characters shows that it's a good show. I'm just hoping for Skylar to fall over and die.

So I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who wishes Skylar was dead, and Walt Jr too

I FOUND IT
ah man... the scene where it showed this was amazing, it was genius how they create a feeling of amusement and sadness in one scene. walt jr and hank laughing while water himself clearly shows regret. when this scene played i genuinely didnt know whether to laugh or cry gale was such an awesome character

Why are females so fcking annoying in every goddamn series? Skylar in Breaking Bad and fcking worst of all Debra in Dexter. Never saw a cool female in any series. This is to all colleagues of the female gender: you sck at series.

I'm just glad that the show isn't gonna run for as long as some others out there like Dexter or Weeds that just got dumb because they seemingly ran out of shit to write.

I'll agree and even say most of the first 8 episodes of season 5 were shit and I felt Vince was going too crazy with the "OH SHIT WE FORGOT SOMETHING. MR WHITE SOLVE IT."

Yeah, the beginning of the season did move pretty slow.
Let's speculate shall we?
Spoiler!
Wonder how things go about that people like his neighbor and whoever spray painted "HEISENBERG" on the wall in his house found out it was him, but he is not incarcerated. His house seems like it was ceased by law enforcement but again, he is still out on the loose. He went back into the house to get the ricin but who does he need it for, himself, in case the M60 isn't enough to fight off whoever is looking for him and he has to kill himself. Seven episodes doesn't seem like enough but a good show should leave you wanting more.

Spoiler!
Ricin is for Jesse whereast he gun was from Lydia trying to kill Walt because he didn't want to go back and she's afraid of him. The Heisenberg written on his house was because Walt fled away from her. Alternatively Jesse found out about Mike getting killed by Walt.

It feels like when Skylar found out. Its like family doesn't matter. You'd think Hank might have some questions or be a little understanding when all he wanted to do was make some money for his family since he was dying. Just seems not right really hank immediately believes/accepts it and wants Walt in jail/hates him.

With all the shit Hank has gone through dealing with this Heisenberg shit; I think it's appropriate that he's reacting the way he is.

Spoiler!
Is Jessie gonna flip on Walt because he is feeling guilty about shit? Hank's suspicions are just that and he has no real proof that he is Heisenberg but if Jessie tells him shit then it's game over bro.
