Why sleeping on your stomach makes it much more likely you'll have erotic dreams
We all know that eating cheese before bed tends to give you nightmares. But if you are after something a little more erotic then you should definitely try sleeping on your stomach,researchers have discovered. Those who sleep on their fronts are more likely to have sexy dreams than if they went to bed in other postures.
The researchers said that the increase in sexy thoughts could be because when you are on your front you do not get so much air, so your mind was imagining being constricted when you sleep

Kind of doubt it. I always sleep on my stomach and very rarely have erotic dreams.

Man, I always thought it was sexual repression and hormones that created erotic thoughts. Oh how wrong I was!

It just says you're more likely to have erotic dreams. Doesn't say any numbers or anything. I always sleep on my stomach, and while I rarely have any dreams that I can remember as it is, don't think almost any of them are erotic. For all we know though, 50 out of 1000 had erotic, while only 25 back sleepers did.

I almost never sleep on my stomach(because it's fcking uncomfortable) and I have erotic dreams every once in a while. I might be on my stomach during sleep some times, but I never fall asleep in that position. Usually I sleep on my back or on my right side, a bit less on the left side.
We all know that eating cheese before bed tends to give you nightmares.
What, I usually eat cheese sandwiches late in the evening and I don't even remember when I last had a nightmare.
