Just read a trip report on that drug, the guy was in another world, what he thought happened did not happen at all. While he thought he was sitting in the toilet all there quietly by himself he apperantly had just sat and screamed the whole night, his friend who was in there in the toilet to take care of him since it was his first time trying it, while he thought his friend left by his own, he had beaten him up and thrown him out of there and locked the toilet. A crazy drug and I bet the zombie man most likely thought he was at home eating a dinner, while infact he was eating on someones face.

While under the influence of Angel Dust this man decided to peel off his own face using pieces of a broken mirror and feed the strips of flesh to his pet dogs. He survived due to the large amounts of drugs anesthetizing his system. The dogs were removed by police to the animal shelter, where their stomachs were pumped, resulting in the recovery of pieces of the man?s face, lips, and nose.
