Need some help here.

So a friend of my has these characters in his steam name that come up invisible everywhere except in game (css). Im trying to figure out how to recreate them or what their origin is.
He first had his name as this.
https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1CH ... E%E2%81%AEAfter looking closer at it i realized that its actually a bunch of character (lines with a diamond on top) bunch together and if you space them out it looks like this.

so does anyone know anything about this kind of stuff?

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map
Assuming you're using Windows 7

Not on that list either. Its a pretty funky character/symbol considering not even google has a single search result for it.
Wouldn't you think i i already asked him before posting on a forum?
Invisible is correct he got it from another friend that he has no more contact with.

I feel like there was one more code with something like 371 but thats not it and I can't remeber even though I've used it very often to create fake spaces >.<
would it happen to be this?
