Quite the random question but just curious to know.

Out of no where I realized that I've only really "seriously" played Silkroad for 6 months during the Legit Movement on Venus and maybe a month back when it only had Troy, Aege and Xian. Feels funny to think that for 6 months on that game, I decided to spend 6 years on this forum.

Around 6/7 years. Highest lvl I got to was 88 - now playin on Diamond SRO.

Started in 2006, played on and off for a few years after that. Only seriously played on Azteca during the legit movement and on ZSZC private server. Haven't played for a while now.

Started 6-5 ago I guess, it was when 80 cap just came out and there was no euro yet, amd Alexander server came a few days after I joined with a couple of other servers, kept playing it in internet cafes for 3 years, then stopped going there, and stopped playing the game for like a year or 2, maybe more, updated my pc after that and returned to the game, since then, still playing.

TL;DR: about 3-4 years total playing time.

I played for a little bit during 70 cap, towards the end. Then I got pretty into it during 80 cap and leveled a bunch of different characters on different servers. The Silkroad Salvation private server is where I play now and I play every so often.

I'd say I've played for about 2 years before I realized WoW was the better game and moved on to that.

Started during 80cap and ended before 120cap. Jumped to couple private servers to lastly playing on Silkroad Salvation. Now I'm playing WoW.

Played since 2005 until last year. Had over 8+ characters (highest lv77) and over 3+ accounts. My ex-gf introduced me into the game.

Now the question(s) would be:
How many of you are playing WoW
How many of you are playing another MMORPG (rather than WoW)
How many of you are not into games (anymore?)?

As for me, not really now, but I am on a hunt for a good one.

i think the cap was 60... there was no item mall items ie pets

Since 60 cap quit at around 80 cap

Started in November 2005.

Started in 2005/2006 and played till 2007/2008. then tried SRO-R for 3 months and quit too.

i think PC gaming ain't my thing anymore. Actually the only games I still enjoy is COD and FIFA on the PS3.

I've been playing since 60 cap. I had a lvl 4x s/s nuker back then on aege.
Then, I played on kSro before iSro got euro.
Switched back to iSro when euro came.
Joined venus in the first week (capped twice), quit about a month after 100 cap came out.

Now, I've been playing since sunday. Very nice server, already capped. Just need to get more egy pieces and farm

Not to mention my highest level character was a Lv.58 Warrior.

july 2006 on/off highest level level 84 s/s nuker on Alexander. i hate that server now

I only ever got up to like high 40s.

~February 2007 started, i think, 70-80 cap. Euros were added summer of in 2007 right?
Since then, on/off, sometmies playing shitload of random servers, venus, azteca, ecsro, salvation, etc.

My highest i ever made (in isro) was lv 73, and that was in aztec in 2011. I first reached, lv 50 char, in venus in ~2008. Before that/inbetween was a huge string of lv 2x, lv 3x, and lv 4x all around the servers in isro.

I have actually never capped in even a private server..other than salvation ~,~. ecsro, lv 75 (couldnt even get to 9D..), zszc, 73, atommix, lv 108, esro, lv ~6x.

I do not get how anyone leveled beyond level 60 in this game. Grinding for multiple hours, days even.. and for what? There wasn't even any end game content and I think the servers only held like 3k people at a time. The servers were in Farking korea, everyone was lagging 400ms++ and the only excitement to be had as capped player was a goddamn random NPC spawn.
The things you buy with real money only serve to make the game less tedious, not more fun. It's like serving someone shit and then making them pay $10 for a glass of water so they can down the shit faster.

Well actually i was motivated by the new weapon (the looks) and ofc the new skills (the looks). But that was at like 4x-5x. Prolly why i re-rolled alot, to try all the different shiz out. By the time i got to lv 6x on my (highest lv) char, i stopped giving a shit cause really its the same shit, over and over. And actually getting to 7x itself wasnt all that hard, parties for 1hour, maybe some solo quests (10% each). Also a fun guild helped ofc (also being in a lame guild = stop giving a shit)

70 cap. and been playing untill half a year ago.

Now i play eve online and tribes ascend.

Less than a year.

played until I got that quest to kill a thousand plants which is also repeatable. what am I, a gardener?

Grinding at that place was one of the most unforgettable experiences(in both positive and negative ways). 3k flowers to kill and not die during the grind(Oasis lake was a good safe spot to run to when things got a little shitty), no Autopot made it even worse.

on and off since 80d cap... been loitering private servers more these days.

If we are talking about those flowers that always stayed in one spot than killing them was easy as, just slow. If you had a good spot you could stand still, kill one from range, let your monkey loot while you kill the next etc etc. By the time you kill 3 the first one re-spawned and you did it over and over and over. It was slow grinding though, as AoE grinding was the only way to grind effectively in SRO (par that party update they had with the euro expansion). And when a game can require 25+ hours of grinding to get 1 bloody level up, time is everything.

I haven't played in many, many years. I think I quit during the 100 cap, early in the 100 cap. Maybe it was the 90 cap? I can't remember. I played from the 60 cap, around February of 2006. I remember it well as a friend gave me a disc with SRO on it for my birthday and told me to go nuts. Worst gift ever >_>

i still curse my friend for telling me to play sro in middle school. my grades went down hill from there >.>
