I need your help, anyone knows a free TXT message service website to text Europe?
I know Pinger, but sometimes gets buggy. Skype getting kind of expensive

whatsapp can text all over the world for freeeeee!
you need an android or blackberry, i dont know if iphone has it...

Yes iPhone has it, but the other person has to have the app too. (Not sure if that's the case for the other apps.)

JaxtrSMS. It's free and the receiver doesn't need to have the app either.
It's been a couple of weeks since I used it, but last time I did it was still completely free.

I don't know about WhatsApp, but it's over the internet, yes. Forgot to mention that, sorry.
EDIT: They have a texting service now (not via internet), which is free to USA & India and low-priced everywhere else. Haven't checked it out though.
My messages can wait until I'm connected to some wifi hotspot, and if there's an emergency I just call/text regularly.

Windows Phone 7 has Whatsapp too.
