As opposed to today's lot of Disney/Nickelodeon pop-"rock" singers? A bunch of prepubescent teenage play monkeys like Justin Bieber and that other kid who looks like he's 10 (probably is). Also Smashing Pumpkins and Foo Fighters were pretty active around the 90.

difference is they aint as big as say spice girls where, sure people like them but not as much, least good artists are topping the charts more then bieber and miley are.
