PC help ?

okay so my pc just died and its absolute junk... I'm desperate and can't find a good cheap computer! mainly for gaming.. im planning on spending $400 .. the only game i play is lol ( league of legends) so any help would be really appericatied!!

any dual-core or above works fine, especially with low requirement game like lol
- dual core, 64 bit
- 2+GB ram
- 512+ Mb video
it's even more cheap if you build your pc yourself
